Reimagining vintage silk and polyester ties, the process takes the maleness out of them and opens up intricate patterns and colour to build them into something feminine.
BODICE STYLE TOP: Tailored from preloved vintage male ties with beautifully bold saturated fabrics prints.
PETTICOAT CRINOLINE SKIRT: The base is constructed as high waist multi layered tulle crinoline. Starting at the bottom, each tulle layer is either extended or decorated with deconstructed ties sewn within.
3D UPCYCLED ACCESSORIES: The purse is sculpted with a 3D doodle pen using recycled abs filament combined with 3D printed elements and leftover ties fabric scraps. Bracelet is created with a 3D doodle pen combined with 3D printed elements.
